My lifestyle

I like to eat, but I do my best to eat things that support agility, low body fat and high muscle mass. I use to eat complex cars, lean proteins, veggies, healthy fats and plenty of water. I prefer to eat less fat before bed. I added yoga and pilates to my workouts. I noticed that it gave me more control over my body. I also do calisthenics and cardio. I do cardio sometimes in the form of running. I decided to learn Brazilian jiu-jitsu. I love to do exercise. I do a lot of lifting to get my lean and mean physique. I can do two-three powerlifting sets and do high-rep sets afterward. If I work to exhaustion, I get the most out of my gym time. When I was younger, I was trying to gain as much weight as possible. Now, I focus on each body part and define it. I try to switch thing up every so often and shock my body.
